By accessing or using AI-Resto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI-Resto is a restaurant discovery platform that uses artificial intelligence to extract and display menu information from restaurants. The Service aggregates data from third-party sources including Google Places, Yelp, and Foursquare, and uses large language models (LLMs) to process menu data from web pages and PDF documents.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. User Content
You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AI-Resto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) submit fraudulent reviews or ratings; (d) scrape or collect data from the Service without permission; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and AI-extracted content, is owned by AI-Resto and is protected by intellectual property laws. Menu data and restaurant information may be sourced from third parties and remains the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-extracted menu information may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any restaurant information, pricing, or menu data displayed on the platform. Always verify critical information (such as allergens and pricing) directly with the restaurant.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Resto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-extracted menu information.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
